AI Disclosure

Pre-launch draft. Last updated August 13, 2026. Model providers and data-processing details will be verified and published before production use.

Where AI may assist

AI may help summarize intake, identify missing information, classify policy risk, organize a plan, draft questions, suggest tests, review consistency, prepare session notes, and support quality assurance. AI is an assistant, not the final authority for integrity, pricing, release, refunds, or payouts.

Human control

Ambiguous integrity decisions, commercial commitments, specialist assignments, high-risk technical advice, and final releases require a human decision. Customers can request a human handoff.

Limits

AI can be inaccurate or incomplete. Students must verify outputs, follow course disclosure rules, cite AI use where required, and be able to explain submitted work. We do not guarantee a grade, plagiarism score, originality score, or AI-detector result.

Data handling

Production prompts should use minimized or pseudonymized information, avoid raw contact details, disable provider storage where supported, and keep sensitive traces out of ordinary logs. Personal customer content is not used to train production models by default.

Integrity Passport

Approved projects record material AI and tool use alongside student and mentor contributions. This supports honest disclosure and helps the student demonstrate ownership.
