Refunds
Pre-launch proposal. Last updated August 13, 2026. Final cancellation, tax, chargeback, and consumer-law terms require Canadian legal and accounting review.
Before work begins
A cancellation requested before a mentor session, diagnostic, or milestone begins should be eligible for a refund of the unearned service amount, less any disclosed non-recoverable payment costs where legally permitted.
After work begins
Completed diagnostics, completed sessions, and accepted milestones are generally earned. For partially completed work, the platform should calculate the completed and uncompleted portions and explain the result in writing.
Quality concerns
The first remedy is review against the written scope and included revision allowance. If the service materially fails the agreed scope and cannot be corrected, an appropriate partial or full refund may be approved.
Integrity and customer changes
If new information makes the request prohibited, work stops. The refund decision should account for work already completed and applicable law. A changed topic, earlier deadline, missing student input, or request outside scope may require a new quote rather than a refund.
Control
Every refund, adjustment, and contractor payout requires an audit record and human approval. The production service will publish a contact route and response target before accepting payment.
